Are your treatments safe for my pet?

This is one of the most common questions we receive — and it’s a good one. The products we use are professionally formulated and are considered safe when applied correctly and according to label directions...

As licensed applicators, we’re trained to use the right material, in the right place, at the right rate.

We are not treating your pet — we are treating the areas where pests live and travel.

In most cases, once the application has dried and settled (typically within a short period), normal activity can safely resume. We will always give you clear, simple instructions if any temporary precautions are needed.

It’s also worth noting that many common household products — including cleaners and automotive fluids — can be hazardous if misused. The difference is professional training and controlled application.

Your family’s safety, including your pets, is important to us. If you have specific concerns about your home, your animals, or unique sensitivities, just let us know. We’re happy to explain exactly what we’re using and why. Product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials we use are available upon request.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

Yes.

If I treat your home, I stand behind the work. If the issue persists within the terms of your service plan, I will return and address it.

More importantly — if you’re not satisfied, I’m going to make it right. That may mean re-treating the area, adjusting the approach, or taking additional steps as needed. Every situation is different, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

My goal isn’t just to apply a product. It’s to solve the problem. And I don’t consider the job finished until you’re confident it’s been handled properly.

Do you offer one-time service or ongoing plans?

Both. Some problems are solved with a one-time visit. Others benefit from seasonal or scheduled maintenance. We’ll recommend what makes sense for your situation.

Do you have contracts?

No long-term contracts required. If you choose a maintenance plan, it’s because it helps — not because you’re locked in.

What if I’m not sure what pest I have?

That’s common. If you can, take a clear photo and we’ll help identify it. If not, we’ll investigate on-site.

Do you use “humane” methods?

When it comes to wildlife, we prioritize humane, legal, and practical solutions — and we focus heavily on exclusion so problems don’t repeat. For general pests, our goal is effective control with reasonable, responsible product use.

How fast can you get here?

It depends on the season and what you’ve got going on. call or text — we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic.

Do you serve all of Eastern Washington and North Idaho?

We serve Spokane and the surrounding region, and we can travel further depending on the job type. If you’re outside the core area, call anyway — we’ll give you a straight yes/no.
